Getting started
How do I make a list?
Sign up with your email, pick your link (kachkachi.com/you), and create a list with a name and a date. Then add gifts by pasting links.
What's my handle?
It's the start of every link you share: kachkachi.com/handle for your profile and kachkachi.com/handle/list for each list. You can change it in Settings; old links keep working.
Is it free?
Yes. Free includes 2 lists with unlimited gifts. Kachkachi Plus adds unlimited lists and more.

A link didn't fill in the photo or price
Some shops hide that information. Add the title, photo or price by hand; the link still works for your friends.
Can I add a gift without a link?
Yes. Add it by hand with a title, an optional price and a note.
Who can open my list?
You choose per list: anyone with the link, only you (a draft), or shown on your profile at kachkachi.com/you.
Which occasions can I pick?
Birthday, wedding, baby, new home, New Year, 8 March, graduation, anniversary or just because. The occasion sets the look of your list; you can change it later.
How do I put my favourite gifts first?
Mark a gift top, normal or dream, and drag gifts into the order you like. Guests see your top gifts first.
Can I ask for several of one thing?
Yes. Set a quantity, like six wine glasses. Friends take one or more, and the list shows how many are still free.
What do I do with a list after the day?
Archive it to keep things tidy, or duplicate it for next year with the date moved on.
Can I change a list's link?
Yes, but links you already sent will stop working, so it's best to pick it once.
For guests
Do I need an account to reserve?
No. Open the link, tap "I'll give this" on a gift, and it's yours.
The gift says "3 of 6 still free". How many should I take?
As many as you want to give. Pick the number when you reserve, and change it later from the same device.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Open the list on the same device and browser you used, tap your gift and cancel. The gift becomes free again.
Will the owner know it was me?
No. They only see that the gift is taken. If they added a Telegram username and you message them about delivery, they'll know then.
I changed phones and can't see my reservation
Reservations are tied to the device. Email us with the list link and we'll help.
Privacy
Can I see who reserved my gifts?
No, and nobody at Kachkachi will tell you either. That's the point.
What's spoiler-free mode?
A setting that hides even whether gifts are taken, so your own list always looks untouched.
Do you need my address?
Never. There's no address or phone field. Creators can show a PO box or pickup point with Plus.
Plus and billing
How does the free trial work?
Each account can try Plus free for 14 days, once. When it ends you're back on Free unless you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
Go to Plan → Manage billing in your account. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of any payment. See the Refund Policy, or email us.
Who handles payments?
Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. They handle cards, tax and receipts.

How do I get a copy of my data?
Email support@kachkachi.com from your account email and we'll send it within 30 days.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@kachkachi.com from your account email. Cancel any Plus subscription first so you aren't billed again.
